The Rashidah Sa'adatul Bolkiah Mosque in Kampung Sungai Akar and Kampung Batu Marang Mosque won the male and female categories respectively in the Tausyeh Competition for Mosques, Surau and Religious Halls nationwide. The announcement of the results and prize presentation took place at Jame' 'Asr Hassanil Bolkiah in Kampung Kiarong, 26th November afternoon.

Prizes were presented by Yang Berhormat Awang Amran bin Haji Maidin, Member of the Legislative Council. Organized by the Jame' 'Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Takmir Committee in collaboration with the Ministry of Religious Affairs through the Mosque Affairs Department, the competition acts as a platform in glorifying Islamic teachings through Tausyeh. Also present was Awang Haji Amir Hisham bin Haji Masri, Acting Director of Mosque Affairs.
